It is one of the basic services that I offer. In my professional practice, I have dealt with contracts relating to many different areas of law, such as construction law, IT law, medical law, energy law, insurance law, or real estate law.

For many years now I have been handling office space lease transactions, both for big corporations and for smaller entrepreneurs.

I have experience in providing opinions on contracts and agreements relating to wind energy or implementation of an ERP system in a large group of companies. Owing to my fluent command of German and English, I frequently handle agreements or contracts that involve foreign entities as one of the parties thereto. My team offers services relating to drafting and negotiating contracts directly in German or English. All my associates speak foreign languages, as a result of which I can offer the following services:
